If you receive damaged or faulty products, please contact us immediately and we will replace it.

Collagen Colway UK offers a guarantee, applicable to sales in UK only, that if (for any reason) you change your mind about your purchase you have the right to cancel your order at any time from the moment you place your online order, and up to 14 days from the day you receive your goods.

You need to notify us within this time period – by email at info@collagencolway.co.uk, messenger or form.

You then have a further 14 days from the date you notify us for shipping but we will appreciate if you could send it back at your earliest convenience.

PLEASE NOTE that returns are at your own expense, in the condition in which you received them and in their original packaging.

We cannot guarantee a refund if you will not comply to the above.
